Jessica Lopp

Jessica Lopp is the Operations Manager for the National Career Academy Coalition. She has over 10 years experience in administrative work and bookkeeping.  She started her professional career in manufacturing and construction, but moved over to her true love, nonprofit work, shortly after college.  Jessica received her B. A. in African Studies from Vanderbilt University and a M. Ed. in Community Development and Action, with an emphasis on International Nonprofit Management, from Peabody College in Nashville, TN. 

Jessica is passionate about equal access to education, especially for women and girls, and international development.  She has worked and lived in Haiti and Ghana, and participated in several internships and programs with SEWA International, Aid for Haiti, Charity African Missions, TESOL and the Center for Refugees and Immigrants of Tennessee. She lives in Nashville, TN, with her dogs, Moxie and Odie.  In her limited spare time, she likes to read, crochet, watercolor, play instruments and learn new things like coding and other languages.
